Permanent Jewelry Terms
By booking an appointment or receiving services from Endlessly Smitten, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions regarding permanent jewelry services.
Permanent Jewelry Services
Permanent jewelry is custom fit and welded directly onto the body using a quick welding process. While designed for long-term wear, permanent jewelry is not indestructible and may stretch, tarnish, or break over time depending on wear and care.
Assumption of Risk
Clients understand that the welding process involves a small spark and requires remaining still during application. By proceeding with the service, clients voluntarily assume all risks associated with the permanent jewelry experience, including but not limited to minor burns, scratches, skin irritation, allergic reactions, or jewelry damage.
Clients agree not to look directly at the welding spark during the process.
Health & Safety
By receiving services, clients confirm they:
* Do not have a pacemaker
* Do not have known metal allergies or sensitivities that would make the experience unsafe
* Are not aware of any medical condition that would interfere with safe participation
If you are pregnant, have a medical device, or have concerns regarding metal sensitivities, please consult a physician prior to your appointment.
Jewelry Care & Responsibility
Clients understand that proper care and maintenance are necessary to preserve the longevity of the jewelry. Endlessly Smitten is not responsible for:
* Lost or stolen jewelry
* Tarnishing due to improper care or skin chemistry
* Broken chains caused by snagging, pulling, or excessive force
* Damage occurring after the appointment
If jewelry is removed, lost, or damaged, repair or replacement fees may apply.
Minors
Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who must sign all required consent forms prior to services being provided.
Payments & Booking Policies
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise discussed in advance. Deposits, booking fees, and event retainers may be non-refundable.
Endlessly Smitten reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for safety or policy-related reasons.
Limitation of Liability
By receiving services from Endlessly Smitten, clients release and hold harmless Endlessly Smitten, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives from any liability, claims, damages, injuries, or losses arising from the permanent jewelry experience or jewelry wear thereafter.
